Over canopy modular bed rack intrest?

Hi Ben, I love the Dissent rack system! I was just built, and need a modular system like yours so my owner went to your webpage to look for the 3rd Generation system and saw that they were sold out. Will you be making any more available soon?

It's my understanding that Dissent is no longer making these racks. what length are you looking for? I'm considering unloading my setup in preparation for a Super Pacific camper. I have the cab rack and bed rack all with stainless hardware for a DCLB 3rd gen

 

Hi Forrest, thanks for your response. I did reach out to Dissent, and they said that it is likely that they will start making them again perhaps later this year. After hearing that, I decided to go with the Yakima Overhaul adjustable ladder rack system, with a ReTrax tonneau cover, as it was the best modular system I could put together to suit my needs. Would love to see pics of yours though!

thinking of some kind of bed liner
anyone know a particular product they recommend, and how to prep?

Idea behind it is this:
-cheap
-strong
-simple to apply, brush it on. No fumes. No overspray. Do it on a tarp

hell there's even POR15.

Just don't know if I need to prep it first. For example,
-remove rack
-disassemble
-run over the entire thing by hand using scotchbrite pad to scuff it up
-lay on floor, spray with a cleaner, brush, rinse off with hose. Let dry
-then brush on a coating and be done
