Any good junk yard could throw another motor in and warranty it for 30 days

To me, the fact that it didn't overheat the second time may indicate an intermittently bad thermostat - assuming the OP verified there was sufficient coolant at the time (verifying the coolant in the radiator, and not just looking at the overflow tank), which wasn't stated.

OP - the "foam" just looks like that because it's a combination of moisture (coolant or otherwise) and oil - like making mayonnaise. The blobs that look like bigger bubbles are larger drops of oil that are not emulsified into the mix. As others have stated, it's very common when engines don't get hot enough on short trips to evaporate the moisture that condenses. A lot of engines do that - not just Toyotas - so you can't judge a bad head gasket just by looking at the cap like that.

Water pump and radiator are okay. Oil is regular color not muddy. I tried to start again and makes a noise and does not want to crank at all. Tried to turn motor by hand but it wont move

If there is sufficient coolant (actually in the radiator), and there is no indication of coolant in the oil, it MAY simply be a bad starter/solenoid. Remove the plugs and try cranking it as Jimmyh recommended.

If it cranks and coolant shoots out of any cylinder, you know the starter is good and the engine may have been hydro-locked (which potentially goes way beyond a bad head gasket). If it still doesn't crank, it's a totally unrelated issue with your starting system (such as bad starter/solenoid) that just happened to happen at roughly the same time.

A few weeks ago, I added some Lubrigard to my trans as preventative maintenance, and the CEL immediately turned on with an O2 heater code. COMPLETELY unrelated, as the pin in the O2 connector was corroded enough to coincidentally disconnect just as I added the Lubrigard.

Sounds like you need a new motor and mechanic.

I see you don't want to go into any details... Not much we can do to assist with no data.

Good luck with your portable mechanic.

Finally found a guy and when he tried to crank it, made a loud noise and still didnt catch. He got underneath and tired to turn the motor by hand and its warped. Everything else looked good for now. Thanks for the help

I interpret this to mean you put a 27mm or whatever socket on the end of the crankshaft bolt and tried turning? If this is not the case, what did you do to "turn the motor by hand"?

Did you remove the spark plugs as I suggested?

Do that then try and turn the engine...
