So truck was reading hot on the gauge when I got to my job today. I turned on the heater to blow out the heat and it wasn't blowing hot, it was cool. The upper and lower hoses were hot and firm but the rad cap wasn't hot.
All the things I've done: head gasket, water pump, thermostat, fan clutch, radiator, and rad cap
What else is there? Heater core?

No leaks anywhere, and not milky in the oil and no bubbling. Overflow resovior full.
I haven't check the level in the rad yet, was waiting for pressure to calm down first. Maybe an issue with the water pump/head gasket that was done a couple years ago...idk. Help

On my 2006 Access cab the feed (return?) hose from the remote oil filter was blocking the fan blade. Somehow, the hose prevented the fan from turning. Once the hose was secured, it never happened again!
