Ill be attending ad an instructor. Im going to be giving a class each day on health and fitness related to Overlanding. I.E., what happens when to your body ya sit all day driving and how to combat it. The first things i do at camp when getting out of the vehicle. All sorts of helpful tips.

oh, no, i'm not going. i'm near chicago. that sort of thing doesn't exist here, too many poor people camping in regular tents on the ground.
