I see. Yeah a bed mat might be a better option for you then.
Bro, that is some luck! Some people have all the luck!
    That is pretty cool!
You could always get a couple yoga mats, or you could get a thermarest mat.

May just end up using a couple good moving blankets that I have... plus if DECKED releases their system for the Taco... I am going to get it so will have a flat platform to sleep on anyways!

I got a chance to talk to them at the Expo last year. I was REALLY interested in it, but he said it was a few years out.. since then.. I think I have changed my mind.

True... I don't really transport a lot of stuff back there often, and it is apparently pretty easy to remove the system if needed.

Heck, plus I have the shell so even harder to carry tall things in the bed.

I just like the drawers and the platform for the price! Kinda hard to beat it.

Im not sure i have heard of these... i will have to check them out! You could always build your own sleep system... I have seen some really nice ones!
I am trying to design a bed rack that will allow me to still load a motorcycle in the back. Because i have a long bed i was thinking i could have a short rack, or a removable rear bar that will allow me to load the bike backwards in the bed. I just have to measure to see how much room my bars need.

Or i guess i could always get a hitch receiver bike carrier......

I thought about it, buy my woodworking skills are not the best at all. Would also like something that will stand up the abuse and can be easy to remove yet solid.

Bro... did you see the speaker boxes i built!? I can hook you up! 2x4s will be plenty strong.

Do you have any experience with google sketchup? You can design all kinds of shit, and its free! I am trying to figure out how to design my rack with sketchup.

There is a company that makes a rack with the bars adjustable but it's 1600 I think

Did not know you replied to me.

I have messed a little with sketchup, but not enough to be good with it. I may try and design some sort of thing for the bed, but part of me doesn't want to mess with it in the long run with getting the hardware together and all of that.

Trying to see if Decked will let me know how it may mount up for the Tacoma one... since I have the Total Chaos bed stiffeners... if it won't work, then back to square one and then I guess may start seeing how much it would be to build one...
