Greetings. I am beginning a significant build on a 2023 Tacoma TRD Sport. I will be adding 33” tires and approx 600lbs of weight regarding new products.

I am planning to add 5.29 gears, but several folks I have spoken to about my plans have suggested getting the Overland Torque Tune first and see if my truck responds well enough to satisfy what I want it to do.

I realize many factors come into play as far as how my truck will drive after all the mods are added.

That being said, has anyone had the OTT and discovered they really didn’t need to get new gears? Thanks!
