Did I tell you? Can't remember either... only @tetten has a clear memory. ;)

Updated the post with an answer. I should just do a pro/ con spreadsheet.

Did mine yesterday. I also cut my bumper before knowing the flare stopped way before the fender. I'm going to freehand the line to match up to the bumper.

Looks great Mike! I ended up cutting and attaching them at 1:30am. Good times. Cut wasn't as smooth as yours and I'll have to take a sanding block to a few spots.

Looks great phil, I gotta sand a few spot also. Not enough coors in the system when I started.

    ...too much shit to list.
You can use that rubber shit to cover the edges like mine. No sanding required.

Cover it with rubber instead of abrasive stroking. Got it.

Yeah, I may go that route. Gives it a finished look.

So who's in possession of this fancy little tool? Probably won't go dirty fives till next year but wouldn't mind cutting and getting everything ready just in case I have a few too many one night and accidentally press "buy".

I need to do mine too. Good job. I'm already tired of running around without flares.

This is genius. Also the space craft attached to your truck is awesome.

I bought some for a Prinsu project at O'Reilys a few years ago.
    IMG_7896.jpg

There's adhesive inside and it stayed on my roof rack for many miles. I think it was $20 for 8'.

Thanks! I used a laminate jigsaw blade. Worked really well.

I wasn't hammering on the nibbler...

Actually turned a profit on the sale of each of the last campers. In the red if you consider sweat equity, but usually can't recoup those efforts.

Lmk how much. Or at least let me buy a spare for you. :sorry:

Thanks! It was actually @Iggy 's idea. We used his to trim the metal. I slapped together my hokey version in 5 minutes last night. Used a wheel from a tiny skateboard a homeless dude gave to my daughter 5 years ago.

    Next time George!
