Hey you’re right, I do have a little yellow sticker, never noticed that before. Sticker says Reduced By”, 0 for me. I guess you don’t get credit for any increases :p

Cool! That means that the sticker is the MAX payload and it can only be reduced depending on the configuration/options. You have the mac daddy of Tacoma payload ;-)

OP, when can the winner come get your truck. Price is right rules and all
Among others the port added predator side steps, bed step, and bed mat is most of that 60 lbs I imagine.

I added another 15 lbs, TRD skid plate minus the weight of the factory splash guards.

Close but over by a few pounds, for price is right rules. So closest without going over gets a "free ride".

Say gulf states get yellow sticker and 0 lbs is common if no additional accessories added.

Tow package doesn't change payload. Payload is determined by subtracting the trucks actual curb weight from GVWR. The GVWR is the same on all trucks. The only way to get more payload is to have a lighter weight truck. That payload is possible on a stripped down 4X2 SR Access Cab with the 4 cyl engine. The OP has a DC, 4X4.

If you look at the table I provided earlier in the thread 1620 lbs payload per Tacoma specs could also apply to an SR5 4x2 Access cab with 4 cyl. It’s a basic model, Access cab, not 4 doors, not V6, not 4x4, not manual, not a short bed. Not sure why you call it “stripped down“, nothing was removed to reduce weight. Its a basic truck, it has a 6ft bed, it has the biggest payload rating. I use it as a daily driver and a.... wait for it.... truck. I haul stuff. So there. Lol

Mostly electrical shit that nobody cares about.
You mean to tell me that your max payload is (650kg-420kg) = 230kg = 507 lbs?

In that case, that one guy with the large girlfriend may have been right all along!

My GVWR is 2540 kg or 6500 lbs and my tare weight with accessories, cargo and me in the vehicle is 2300 kg or 5070 lbs. Available payload is 240 kg or 529 lbs.

Also curb weight is 2007 kg or 4425 lbs so I am using 293 kg or 646 lbs of payload.

My sticker states 450 kg or 990 lbs payload but I believe it to be higher as no yellow weight offset sticker is added.

    5600 - 4425 = 1175 lbs total payload

This ended up being the reason I traded for a full sized truck, tools plus co workers at lunch overloading the truck.
    Really.
