Hahaha thanks. Now specifically for a drivers side awning, what is the distance from the right rear taillight to the end of the awning where the triangle panel ends.

I’m asking these questions because I have an iKamper and a PullKitchen. The iKamper opens to the passenger side and the PullKitchen is on the passenger as well. It extends 60” out of the rear with the upper stage extending another 32”, for a total of 92”. With the 270 awning on the drivers side the rear panel by the tailgate is a triangle trailing away from the passenger side where my kitchen extends. My “possible” plan is to add a nesting tube inside of that arm to extend another 2-ish feet with some extra fabric added to add coverage.

Don’t have the bike on anymoreE8C833D1-CB94-4853-8F00-AA59306CEE68.jpg

Another idea i would ponder is You could also purchase the wall section and get some poles to extend it upward for extending things over the kitchen. Then you have the option of locking it down in inclement weather.

This is something I have that sticks way out 7'x11' shade/awning thing and has a detachable wall.
Fits in a bag about 6"x8"x22" and was about $120
    Might work for you.

Ordered mine, went with the LT and passenger side. When my dad and bud go with me to fish, my dad needs his front seat way back so behind him is where misc stuff goes like the small yeti cooler and some cooking supplies. I'm also putting my BAMF water tank beside it on the right. The left of my bedrack will likely hold a kayak at some point. I'll post photos as soon as it arrives and mounted up! Very excited.

Also excited to use it in conjunction with my McLean hammock hitch.

Thanks for responding, I saw in this thread that those brackets would work for the Prinsu rack. I never had a clear and concise answer until now maybe I’ll take the plunge. I wish I would’ve known before they went up a couple hundred bucks. :boom:

    Hey awning people.

I could probably google this, but figured this is a fine place to ask: are these >180deg awnings able to be partially deployed without risking damage or looking too goofy?

As-in, those awnings that come far out and wrap around all huge and awesome, can they also be deployed to just their square shape right off the side of the truck? The coverage of a full deploy seems awesome, but not always necessary.

I'm just starting to look into these as I never thought there would be a need, but here we are...
