    Ok, yeah that’s frustrating.
It would be annoying and a little time consuming but might be time to try the ultra copper on all suspect junctures. If the leak is coming from a very small gap (which seems likely if it’s only under load that it leaks) then the RTV will seal the deal. If the leak is from a larger gap, the RTV will not be a viable fix.

it seems that almost everyone with our tubes that pairs it to a URD Y pipe leaks.

I don't think the URD Y pipe has that stock style exhaust lip on the flange that connects to the bottom of the dump tube

Do we have any idea what the catted tubes will do with 2.0, especially between 1,200 and 2,200 rpm? My truck has the lifetime warranty thru South East Toyota so FI is not an option but I need more torque on the low end. The long term plan may be the tubes with 4.88s and water injection.

unfortunately there is no mod other than boost that will make a drastic change in torque in this rpm range

Well thank you for the reply I know you got a ton of iron in the fire. Can the Supercharger run safely without the intercooler using water injection? Also does the Rotrex have a clutch so it can be turned on/off?

URD has a new part for their spec U. At the “y” there is now a plenum chamber.

Not sure if you created it, but there is a Dyno sheet of the catless tubes that does show a significant change.

if you read his posts on this dyno he mentions that its not as significant as it appears. something to do with the stock graph not being a good representation.

that aside, I have the catless with a stock exhaust, there is a noticable torque increase over stock in the lower end.

Below are three photos: 1) the "plenum chamber"; 2) box of mostly unwrapped Spec U components; and 3) the shipping box.

Well, you can call them and ask but what I gather is that it solves some noise problems due to small failures at that point.

    I emailed gadget.

It’s way too loud having dump tubes paired with the original spec u. Probably going to stock from the dump tubes back.
