    Order #2142 here. I never received a tracking number so I signed up for informed delivery and it shows no package in route. I have emailed ovtune without a response. It would be nice to get a tracking number or some sort of communication on the shipping of my order.

    Wooooooooooooooo Hoooooooooooooooo:cool::cool::):):rolleyes::rolleyes: Kit received. Unfortunately swamped here at work or would already have read my data and sent it back, hopefully won't have to work to much past regular time, (last minute project tossed on my plate).

    There is a few steps to get your license key, you have to email back and forth with ovtune a couple times to get all the information exchanged to generate your license key. I did receive my unit and am waiting for email response for the license key generation.

    Hang in there kiddos - you're getting close! It is a bit of a pain to get things set up initially, but then it's smooth sailing for any future updates! The hard work and waiting is almost over!

    PSA - don't wait to prep your flashin machine till the exact moment the kit arrives at the door! Get ready! Have the drivers/PCMflash app downloaded. Go to OVtune website and read the instructions. Don't just skim. Read and understand.
    Enjoy the awesome :)

    @OVTune

    I was out in the desert the other weekend and I experienced something frustrating with my truck.

    I had the truck in 4-low with the traction control completely off and I was driving the truck up sand dunes with the shifter in drive position. I had the pedal floored and the engine "cycled" in and out of giving power. I would have a surge of power and then it would give out a bit... Over and over again. I could feel that it had the power to keep climbing up through the gears, but the revs would not climb past a certain point (nowhere near redline) and the truck would not shift.

    My truck has driven fine ever since. I haven't been out to the dunes again to test this. But, I sure will again.

    Any way you can look into this?

    Maybe the truck was limiting the RPM/speed because you were in 4-lo? Did you try 4-HI? If you want to go fast(er) in 4WD, I believe 4-HI is the better option.

    I will be doing some more off-road tuning with 1.03, but I believe that you're not suppose to use 4-lo except for very low speed crawling / etc. When testing 4-Lo myself, I never did 4-Lo above 10-15mph. When testing I had no problems, but the truck remains at very very slow speed

    do you remember how fast you were going in 4-Lo? owners manual has a section that explains there is a maximum speed limit in 4-Lo and maximum speed limits for each gear in 4 - Lo. 12 mph / 25 mph / 37 mph limits

    which version tune are you on?

    also when I tested 4-Lo I had to nearly go full throttle too when I wanted to climb some steep stand. the throttle is NOT linear in 4-lo. it's nearly an all or nothing
    I actually got stuck twice haha

    4-Lo makes the truck feel like it weights 10,000lbs. you'll see when you test it on something steep

    Well shit, that may be it. Good chance I was driving in the 30's.

    I'll have to test this out on flat land.
