    has anyone on here taken this before? it supposed to like increase metabolism and like burn fat. my gf is starting this and im just wondering if theres any particulars that i should be aware of'

    Never heard of it. I'm not a big fan of the "take a pill and lose weight" thing though. There is no easy way out of fitness. Anything marketed towards increased metabolism, weight loss, energy, etc., I dont see being healthy for your body.
    imo, dedicate a minimum of a 3 month exercise program and healthy eating then see if you're getting the results. The hardest part is motivating yourself for a long enough period to actually see the results. Cut out the sugars and (bad) fats to start :)
