ok so for a while i ran my truck without a cat. 96 tacoma wth the 2.7 i recently put a highflow universal cat in and my check engine light came on saying oxygen sensor after cat. i took it out and it looks clean. any advice?

recently spent the whole damn day replacing my fuel filter (pain in the ass)
and the bottom bolt holding the bracket on was missing. due to this i cant get the outlet line tight enough so there is a real small leak.(hardly damp after driving) andbody know the size of this bolt and anyother trick for making the replacemnt of the filter easier. thanks guys
