2016 Toyota Tacoma trd sport

Hi guys,my truck is a 2016 Tacoma trd sport. I'm new to the forum so if the issue at hand is something already discussed could someone please guide me to it. I Was on vacation for two weeks, after returning, truck came up with a check engine light ( codes P2238,P2239,P2253). Replaced both upstream sensors but no success. Checked wires, fuses in the engine and under the dash seems to be ok. I tested the plugs to make sure there was power. Not sure where to go from here, please help.
I reset the computer using a decent scanner and codes go away and I can run the truck for hours and never come back on unless I restart the truck.
Note: not sure why, the track-off light is on and cruise control stop working. While the check engine light is off both work perfectly. Even with the light on the truck runs very smooth.
