does turning tires to black wall out count? How bout added snug top rebel.
I know I'd buy a couple if I could find them locally or online.
Looks like Cam really knows what customer service is, that's something I really appreciate.

Haha, that would be a pretty penny to ship to WI!

Thanks Dan for doing such an in-depth review and organizing it all for everyone! I've seen this thread referenced in other message boards as well so you've created a great resource here.

I'd definitely be more than ok with you adding my comment and the service@ca-innovations.com email address. I'd also like to add about making a warranty claim:

    ------

For the 5 year warranty: Most components (latches, lids, handles, gaskets, anti-skid/slide feet, etc.) are replaceable if found to be defective. We do not need anyone to ship their cooler to us. Simply contact our customer support team with your shipping information, add a comment explaining the defect/issue, attach a photo and we will get back to you about replacing any component on the cooler or the cooler itself.

    ------

For the bowing lid in the sun, this is an issue that we haven't come across yet on the support side, so thanks for sharing! I've shown the design team and they have assured me that it will not affect performance of the cooler and it won't crack. But if anything changes, or you feel the performance of the cooler is affected, shoot customer service an email about the lid.

Hope that helps! And thanks again for the review!
    Cam

Wasn't planning on buying a cooler, but the commitment Cam has shown to customer satisfaction seems to have eliminated a lot of my doubts...

Good thing Walmarts stock is so limited currently, otherwise I'd be out a few benjamins..

I'm sold! The warranty factor is a big plus. If only I could find a cooler available in stock.

Too bad Toyota doesn't have quality customer support like this.

I really do love the design of these coolers but their longevity is worrisome. It is reassuring that Cam has been so great in providing customer service, but it seems like there are quite a few issues to be ironed out.

The original 52qt that I purchased a few weeks ago was fantastic. However, I went on a fishing trip last week and it stripped a screw on the latch mechanism. I was going to contact them for a replacement but when I tested the other screw in the hole and it wouldn't tighten all the way. I exchanged it at Walmart and also purchased one of the smaller 26qts as well. However, the rubber gasket on both coolers were not stretched all the way so they leaked water when tipped or if the water sloshed. Once fixed though they were fine. I also noticed once I got home that the lid on the 52qt was warped on the inside and the inside of the 26qt was warped on the back wall. I really like these but I'm just not sure the quality control is there quite yet.

I don't know if I can upload files yet but I have pictures of the replacement cooler issues or I can email them. For now I decided to return these and order from Rtic, but the two month long wait might eventually have me cancelling that and giving these a go again. Its up in the air at this point haha. Just thought I would add my experience.

Alright Gents, so I got a Yeti 45 (37q) and the 26q Ozark Trail. I plan on making a YouTube video to compare the two soon but I have to wait until my next day off. I'll let you know how they stack up against each other. I know the yeti is larger. Sadly these are the two that I have and all that I can really compare them to. Let you all know how it goes.

I got really lucky by finding this one at Walmart one day. I asked if they had any more but they said they were going so fast it was a very big surprise that I found one.

not the most positive reviews though, maybe just a lot of unlucky purchases? Most all said bad warping of lids which may be a big problem for all competitors of Yeti (not that I would every buy a Yeti bc of the price and I dont use coolers all that much, maybe 8-10 times a year)

I found my Ozark one at Walmart one day, thought about buying it and decided not to. Talked myself into going back to get it the next week and it was still there. Sounds like I lucked up lol.

i am still looking for the coolers but no luck. Our local walmart did get a bunch of the hopper coolers in for 60 a pop, grabbed two. same capacity as the yeti 40 one.
