That is definitely something that is in the works, but I'll ask around for you to see if there's a way we can fulfill orders for parts in the meantime.

In general I'd say yes, there have been some problems with latches and handles. Cooler does a good job holding ice. Vendor customer support seems to be very good so issues have been being resolved when issues arise.

Uh...you didn't need to go past the first post to determine that worth for yourself. I updated it long ago for this very reason.

I keep checking Walmart to see if they've got these in yet. I want a tiny one to leave in the bed and not worry about getting stolen

Essentially what he said. If you are looking for an inexpensive option to Yeti, Rtic, Orca, etc. then this is definitely a contender. However, the latch design is probably its biggest weakness. They do have great customer service and most everyone with issues have been able to get them resolved.

That being said, it just would stink if it happened when you were on a trail, etc. and it limited your use so something to consider. Every brand has its down falls though so its about choosing what you can live with or not and which price fits in your budget.

If you find a store with quite a few in stock it would be best to probably inspect as many as you can and pick the one that looks the best.

MT stuff, RTT stuff, the usual.
FYI: price on the OT cup is like $10 + tax, but RTIC just dropped their price to $15 shipped, which is always convenient especially since you don't have to track one down in the store. Not sure if that's been pointed out.
