    That's the code that came up ( heater control circuit ), but that's as far as I got. Does anybody know what that means?.....Anybody?

    A quick search showed this:
    If your Toyota's OBD-II scanner displays the error code P0031, it means there is an issue with the oxygen (A/F) sensor heater control circuit on bank 1, sensor 1. This is also known as the air/fuel ratio sensor.
