P0102 code tacoma 2.7L

    How can I check for the MAF sensor. I have a p0102 code which is permanent and I clean the MAF sensor and still have it.
    Its a 2011 tacoma 2.7L

    With the engine running a warm, see what the g/sec is for the MAF sensor.

    You can’t really test the MAF sensor.
    All you can do is check power and wire integrity.
    If you have both, and they are good, but the data being reported by the MAF is off, you replace the MAF.

    Don’t take this as me telling you to replace the MAF.
    We’d need more data before we can call the MAF bad.
