P0133 upper O2 sensor

cpu read o2 sensor replaced both enginelight mec reset then came on 2 days later then scanner couldn't communicate with scanner all fuses were good did fuel pump fuel filter plugs wires no get up an go rev to 4000 rpm starts starts shaking and backfire in driveway replaced cat also
