Yup, light came on today same code. 13 months since this all started the day I drove it off the lot. So back to stealership tomorrow and see what's what.
This is just getting comical now.....

Think your getting close to a buy back situation. Maybe drag it out for a 2020 & a deal on it from the dealership for all your troubles!

Well dealership did a "good will" deal for me today. They canceled my lease with no penalty or cost to me, they will be installing a remote start system, level kit, swapping my tires/rims, got me a much lower intrest rate, paying my first 2 months payments and a hand full of oil changes at no cost to me. It actually worked out to $40 less a month in payments for same term length. The truck they are presenting me is a 2019 with exact options right down to the color as the one I am turning in. Sure a lot of bull$#!+ for a little yellow check engine light they could not solve.
It sounded like my truck will be headed to auction however, so its gonna suck for the person who buys it with what ever issue it has that Toyota can't seem to solve.
So its not the best result but its the best that they can offer so I took the deal.
13 months of this issue, hope not to experience it again anytime soon.......

Yes thx Mrbrooks, I just love this truck so I hung in there and hope the next one is all good. After over 50 vehicles in my life, one like this issue is pretty good odds.......

I found this thread when googling around for the same P013c code. A friend had the engine light on for some time and I had a look for him.

thinking that it might be a small pinhole causing extra oxygen to set off the downstream sensor, I had a look in that area. There didn’t seem to be any visible holes, but just to see I put some muffler cement all around the threads and the factory welded bung of the downstream o2 sensor.

Well, nearly 1000 km and 3 weeks later the code has not retuned. It might be a good first step for others in the same boat, before they spend tons on new converters and god knows what else.

I attached a pic of the cement. I’ve had good luck with it.
