P0141 code

My 1995 Taco (V6) is giving me a P0141 code. Is this just a straight ahead replacement of the oxygen sensor, or is there more to it? And can I use any aftermarket replacement part, or are there some that I should avoid?

P0141 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 2

- Faulty Heated Oxygen Sensor (H2OS) Bank 1 Sensor 2
- Heated Oxygen Sensor (H2OS) Bank 1 Sensor 2 circuit fuse
- Heated Oxygen Sensor (H2OS) Bank 1 Sensor 2 circuit open shorted to ground
- Heated Oxygen Sensor (H2OS) Bank 1 Sensor 2 circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)
