Ive tried changing all fluids, replaced air filter, cleaned maf sensor, and cleaned fuel injectors. Anyone have any tips that might have helped them with getting rid of this code in the past? Cant smog with this code present please help!

I just recently cleared this code. What kind of spark plugs do you use? The spark plugs have to be dual electrode; there is a warning on the engine for that. That was the source of my issue (I believe, I was doing a lot.)

I had just gotten the truck from my dad & little brother; I tackled a lot of issues at once. I replaced the ignition packs, wires, spark plugs, cleaned fuel injectors, replaced seals on injectors, clleaned TB, replaced MAF, and replaced both plenum gaskets.
