P0202 & P0204 , wiring question?

CEL and Trac lights on and I have 5 codes, P0202, P0204, P300, P0302& P0304. Cylinders 2 and 4 injector, misfire and Random/Multi cylinder.
So parked truck in garage, closed garage door with a squirrel inside doing damage to the injector 2&4 wiring. Next morning, started truck, could tell truck was stumbling and CEL and TRAC lights came on immediately.
Connected scanner, recorded codes and located the damage done by the squirrel.

My questions,
1. Are the wire connectors, circle in red, going to the injectors below the manifold? The black connector looks to be the one chewed ~6" from the pictured connector.
2. What is the grey connector for? Or,are they both for the injectors, one for the right bank the other for left bank.
3.Can I drive the truck short distances <40'? Drive out garage, loading into rollback type distances.
