So have a few posts asking about this but have a bit more info that curious about. So have P030085&P030027 code. Notice one is temp related. So just bought this truck couple months ago less 4k on it b4 threw this code while going work one morning. Turned off and back on and runs fine. So this code has been thrown I saw in the history 3 other times over last yr b4 I got the truck. So obviously a problem. I noticed this happens early in morning all 4 times likely 1st drive of day. The time it happened to me was also within 3-4 min off me starting it and accelerating moderately quickly not being at full op temp. I’m asking to hopefully get something I can check myself. I have an appointment at dealer but am getting the feeling that since it’s so intermittent, every 4 months or so that they gonna just charge me diagnostic fee and either throw a part at it or come back with no real answer as well as now having a problem reported on the carfax. Any advice or recommendations on something to look into? Probably gonna change plugs and borescope cylinders while in there.
    2023 taco 3.5 4x4 49k on it.

Did you buy it from the dealership? If so, and they can't fix it, tell them that they sold you a known faulty truck, and you want to return it for a full refund.

Pull and review Freeze Frame to narrow down to a cylinder(s) and driving conditions (load, injection mode, fuel pressure, etc).
Otherwise you need to check air-fuel-spark-compression.
inspect the wiring and connectors for coils, maf, coolant temp sensor. port injectors and direct injectors.
Check for vacuum leaks, pcv valve and hoses.
