p0300, rough idle cold, odd 02 numbers

So I've had my 2001 supercharged v6 tacoma for a few months now, replaced plugs, fuel filter, pcv valve, checked thoroughly for vacuum leaks, and am still getting a p0300 code. It only runs rough for 3 to 4 seconds at start up, like it's getting too much/not enough fuel. My bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor doesn't really fluctuate. It stays around 0.992 to 1.022. Unlike the post cat sensor which is 0.000 to 1.000. Could that be my issue. Or I'm thinking the coolant temp sensor.
