P0301 Misfire Code

    You only take out the efi fuses for the compression check so you don’t get showered in gas. I like to pull the fuses first. Then - with spark plugs still in - crank until it dies And then do the check.

    that said, you should make your own thread in the first gen section (this is 2nd). Your random misfires indicate another problem then the OP’s

    Update: Replaced cylinder 1 fuel injector which has solved the problem.

    stumbled on this thread, mine has a misfire on cyl 1 as well, I swapped coil and plug with another cyl, and sure enough code came back cyl 1 misfire, just got an injector will replace today, mine was only doing it on first start of the day or if it had sat for a few hours, and not every start either, I'm just guessing its leaking down and flooding the cyl, causing the misfire
    will update later as well
