P0303 randomly 98 2.7L

1998 white extended cab

Bilstein 5100’s with ome 881 coils on lowest setting, JBA upper control arms, LCE header, 31x10.5x15 falken wildpeaks.

I have an ultra gauge plugged into the obd2 port and it keeps giving me a “pending p0303 code” randomly. Never know when it’s gonna happen. Only happens like once or twice a week. Just changed my plugs and wires about 2-3 months ago and I checked my plugs and they look good. Anyone have any experience with a situation like this?
