P0430 code after doug thorley shorty header install

well i got the shortys installed and now have my check engine light on and its code p0430(Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 2). Any suggestions on what it could be. The cats looked fine when i hade them off. Would the freeze frame data be helpful? It did leak a tiny bit at the flange right after i installed them, but doesnt seem to do it anymore. There was water leaking from the flange, so i am guessing the cat is still good. Maybe the rear o2 sensor?

Well I ends up having an exhaust leak. I forgot to put in the new crush gasket and it didn't have a good seal between the flanges. It also good be a bad cat or a bad sensor. I was able to see water dripping out from the flange, so you should for that when the engine is cold. Cause when my engine was warmed up the water I guess evaporated before i could see it leaking.
