I have had the P0446 twice. Both times, it was the canister itself that was bad, the charcoal clogs overtime. Just get another charcoal canister. And get an OEM one, expensive, yes, but my aftermarket one hardly lasted a year before the code came back I spent weeks troubleshooting the valves and lines thinking that the canister was too new to have gone bad. There is a member parting out his truck in the classifieds and I saw a canister in the parts. I’ll tag you.

As far as I know, the lines are original. I only just now got the MityVac Pressure/Vacuum kit, so will be testing shortly. Any link to the seller of those lines?

Uh oh. Then I have been looking for the wrong one. According to the online (OEM) parts sellers, my VIN shows the p/n to be the out of stock item.

That is weird, maybe you’re in a transition year. I remember another members thread who had a first gen V6 and his was in the engine bay which would be the style of the out of stock one.

Yes. I turned the output regulator as low as it could go and still pass air, then, plumbed in a"bleeder" to bleed off
before the smoker. There was another valve to exit smoke when I squeezed a trigger. Thank made it a two person job so did not get very far that day.
