The sensor is the same, but the difference is the lenght of the wires.

Same for the regular o2 sensors. There's a dozen part numbers but they are all the same. It's only the wires lenght that changes. You could even take the 234-4206 (the universal labelled one - it has wires but no connector) and splice it to your old sensor wiring

Of course, you can't swap an air/fuel sensor for a regular o2 sensor and vice-versa

@onakat so this is probably what I think happened...I had a p0171 and p0420 on my truck for the longest time...and then I finally changed the 02 sensors to both densos (this whole time, the truck worked great, just wanted the CEL off so i changed them both)....
...before i got to start the engine up, i cleaned up the MAF (sprayed a ton of MAF cleaner about 2" away from it and basically soaked it)...I also got an air gun and blasted the original paper air filter (thinking it was reusable). I am thinking that I fixed an 02 problem and then ruined my MAF after I ran it (now all I get is p1133 and p1130).

The luck is when I put a brand new aFe air filter and the aftermarket Denso MAF in the truck...drove it about 120 miles and the CEL luckily went out! Then about 100 mi later it keeps going back on....maybe just a bad sensor lets hope. Thats what I am hoping since it was able to go out by itself the first time around.
