P1300 code and broken wire

96 tacoma 2.7... So my truck threw the code p1300, I replace the ignition module and did a tune up, after wiggling some wires under the dash the truck ran great, the truck is doing the same thing but I found this broken wire to my ecm(rats lived in my dash) bottom left corner of the far left plug brown wire #26 on the plug. Can anyone tell me what that wire is

 

Brown wires are ground wires. Could be going to certain sensors. I don't have a diagram in front of me.

Here is a pin out. Looks like just a ground for the computer, but still very important.
