P1604 Code on 2013 with 107K

My husband and I are searching for a 2013-15 Tacoma and found one for sale by a private seller. Our testing mechanic got a diagnostic code of P1604, which she said can either be a major or minor issue. She called it a "startability issue," and said the problem could be the fuel pump, starter, or a page-worth of other issues. Have others here dealt with that code, and should we walk away from this truck, or take a chance? Otherwise, the truck is nice, but this sounds pretty major to me. Thanks for your input.

 

I wouldn't be too concerned with that code if there are no other codes present, all that code means is at some point since the codes were cleared the engine stalled immediately after starting or did not fully start.

I see that code pretty often on Toyota vehicles that have no issues, my truck has set it from time to time since it was new. That particular code won't even turn on the CEL.
