Typically with a vacuum leak you will see high numbers at idle and they will improve as load and RPMs increase, since yours don't improve that suggests a fuel delivery problem as does the long crank.
    Fuel pressure test will verify.

That looks ok but not sure how accurate it is down low like that, typically you do a pull through 1st and/or 2nd gear so you hit max RPM.
As an example this is a VE test that I did on a Chevy I was having issues with, you can see WOT basically through the 1st and 2nd gear shifts and take the max RPM & MAF readings.

Is that snap throttle or trying to hold RPM with the throttle?

Jerry said, if you keep it up. He’s going to give you a few more problems to add to the list.

But seriously, I’d like to see a WOT pull to full RPM with A/F data (B1S1 / B2S1)

Snap throttle fuel trims aren't really useful, you want a steady RPM/load when looking at fuel trims.

Paul can explain it better than I can.

Best way to load up the motor is to go up a long steady hill

Did you test the purge valve yet? Just pull the hose off the nipple that goes to the canister and see if there's vacuum there
