Joined the club with my 2012. Pulled these codes the first time. Used some injector cleaner and the code cleared itself. But when it pulled again I tried the Hot engine reset someone posted earlier. Didn’t effectively clear the code. Limped it to the only Toyota dealership in town with and open appointment.
After reading the code. The dealership read the codes and said we need to replace the secondary air pump and Bank 1 Switching Valve for $700 each and about $700 in labor and taxes. About $2100 when the dust settles.
Mechanic said its from moisture somehow getting into the pump assembly.
I tried to tell them that this is an emissions issue and should be covered but my truck is almost at 100k and They keep telling me since my car has a salvage title (don’t remember the small dealer telling when I bought unless they snuck it in under my nose) I don’t qualify for any warranty help. The car is in great shape and has no accidents and clean car fax. I’ve talked to the Toyota customer service line with the same result. I will try to fight or go back to my dealership and get reimbursed for it (fat chance). But now that I’m moving across the country having the Toyota warranty on this new work and the loaner car the my gave me while they fix it seem to be the only positives to my situation

Get HPTuners MPVI2 and delete the secondary air injection. Should cost 550ish for everything you need
