PA15-TOY wont Fast Forward or Rewind

Am I missing something or is my ipod interface broke. I can't Fast Forward or Rewind tracks from the HU. The FF and RW buttons (<< >>) advance the track just like the track advance buttons do.

I installed it without a hitch though and I really like the unit, but not being able to back up when I space out is frustrating. The PA15-Toy is a real nice setup.

 

This is off topic but do the steering wheel controls still work with the pa15-toy?

 

Well that's unfortunate. USA Spec is pretty vague on the matter.
Seems like a pretty standard thing to make work.

I wish the Gateway unit I had were compatable with my XM HU. It seemed really capable. But I guess a USA spec that works is better than nothing even without the FF RW.
