I will post pics when I get them mounted. Going on the interstate asap to see if they are round. If not will check yellow dot and psi. :fingerscrossed:

Yep that’s what I just purchased. I hope they don’t have any balancing issues.

Seems pretty good. That size is typically $30-60 more iirc

    LT265/75/16

One of them didn't road force under 25lbs like it should have. They flipped it and rotated it a little and got it down to 14. Good to go.

Took it on the interstate immediately over 70mph and no shakes.

    $125 ea Wal-Mart online. Mounted at Tire-barn.

Tires rub slightly at full turn. I have a lot of rake. Thinking about 5100s in the front set at .85

You could trim a little if you don't want the additional height. Box knife works well on the plastic.

Just picked up a set of 265/75r16 with the 15% eBay coupon earlier this evening, also picked up some 16x8 Procomp 7032s using the eBay coupon on a second eBay account. Will be replacing stock TRDOR wheels and wranglers. Pretty excited!

Strong work!!! I'm glad someone was able to take advantage of that coupon.

Have you run 265/75r16 without issues in the past? I'd like to replace my current summer tires going up to that size but am worried about rubbing. I'm only "lifted" an 1" in the front on a 3'rd gen suspension.

Bring on the mob and pitchforks with the replies!!!!

You should be fine. I have no lift and I have to try pretty hard to rub.

You should be fine. I’ve got no rub issues on currently stock suspension.

I take it you both have removed or at the very least trimmed up your front mud flaps then?

Yea my mud flaps were already removed when I bought the truck. I'm at stock height so a little worried about a bit of rub, but if there is any I can imagine it being pretty minor, and I may have to do some heat gun shaping or minor trimming of plastics (no crazy CMC or anything... yet :anonymous:)

I was debating between a few other tires (KO2s, Duratracs, even Falken MT01s), but I really just wanted a more aggressive appearance than the stock Wranglers but with good road manners, longevity and less road noise than a MT tire, and I couldn't justify the extra $200 or so to get the KO2s or Duratracs, or even more $$$ for a Ridge Grappler, Toyo, or S/T Maxx/STT Pro.

Someday I'll definitely put either a Ridge Grappler or STT Pro on this truck. When I see pics of the A/T3Ws, sometimes I think they don't look aggressive enough, but some pics make them look just as good as a KO2 or Duratrac, plus everyone seems to say that they look much better in person. Guess we'll see how it goes!

I am beyond happy with my Falken A/T3w's.
I'm running them in load range E 245 75r16 as a winter tire. They are a VERY meaty tire in the 10-ply.
Yes, they do look much better in person. They perform amazing in the snow and are wearing VERY well. Very little road noise after 2 full seasons on them.

When time comes for me to replace my current summer tires, the stock wranglers that come on the 3'rd gen OR trucks, I will go with another set of the Falkens in a SL or C 265 75r16. Hell, I'll likely even replace the winter set at the same time with a set of E 235 85 r16 to keep the sets equal in diameter. Hardest part will be deciding which size to throw on as the spare.
