Thanks for your input guys, I'm thinking I've got a couple things going. The TPMS sensors where purchased on the same day from the installer, these where the 20* ones because my stock ones from the steel rim did not fit. From what I'm reading the ones one are either malfunctioning or aren't reading the proper psi. Now I still have my stock steel rim and tire under the bed, with the stock sensor. Not sure if they are not communicating properly with the new ones. I'm still heading back this week to see what's up. I didn't just shell out $40 a piece for 4 sensors.

I did the chalk test, 33 psi in the front, 31 psi in the rear.

These tires do look great and are getting good reviews for ride quality. Here's a pic of them I saw on another taco.

My only concern is that they seem to wear fast according to other reviews I've read. I'm still on the fence of whether to get them or not.

They do have a 55k mileage warranty so I'm not worried about wear. If they don't make the 55k then I'll just warranty them. I think mine have about 15/32 after 6k of use (17/32 new).

So I got a question for you guys who are running these tires.

So I've had the tires on the truck now for 3,067 miles and thus just started the other day. They are P265 75 16's Odd wearing on the tread on the front tires. My alignment is perfect, truck drives straight as a arrow. I have a 3" Lift with light racing upper control arms and my alignment specs are set at, camber 0, toe 0, and caster 3 degrees. Been running 36 psi in all 4 tires. You can see how the center tread is like work in the groves of the front vs the rear.... Any ideas?!?!

    Drivers front tire:

Lt. or p rated? My guess would be to high of pressure. But that's just a guess.

The edges are rounding over just a bit, likely from cornering. Once they get rotated I bet the rears (then will be the fronts) will do the same. The new silica compound a lot of tires are starting to use is softer and doesn't hold the edge as crisply as the old rubber.

Maybe you need some camber since perhaps the tire is rolling on the outer edge too much when cornering.

    They are P rated.

That's what i was thinking. That silica compound is completely different that normal tire rubber.

30 days after buying the tires. For at least the Falken $100 rebate, you'll have to provide your tread lightly confirmation letter and original tire receipt. So they're looking to make sure you were a tread lightly member ahead of purchase. The discount one doesn't verify it.

    Both are prepaid cards.

Discount promotion can be mailed in or filled out online (with the appropriate offer code which you have to call in to get)
    Falken is mail-in only.

I ended up w 33 psi hot in front and 31 psi hot rear. I had those pressures cold but they went up 4-5 psi hot and it rode bouncy. I suspect they will be really low cold. I did the chalk test but don't think it was accurate. Anybody else running 265/70 16 and if so what pressures are you running?

Not to get too sidetracked here, but what Coopers did you have and what exactly was the issue?
