Snow Review: Got these in snow, overall they did well. Once I aired down to ~25 PSI they seemed to grip well. Any issues I had were ~85% due to no prior experience in the snow.

So mileage and tire wear update. 6,000ish miles and 10/32 inch tread depth remaining. Still little to much in my mind loosing 3/32" over 6,000 miles. Anything kind of cool and little wet truck has been loosing traction a lot more. Have a call into discount tire just waiting to here back from them. By this mileage to wear I'm only going to make it to 30,000 miles.
We haven't gotten any more snow so I haven't been able to re-check snow driving.

picked up a set at discount tire. ordered these yesterday and came in this morning. the P rated tire rides much better than my E 10 ply's. So far i like them, not terribly noisy and it does really well in the rain. i'll update these again when i put some miles on them.

Also had a set mounted today. Rainy/wet ride home from the shop. Very quiet, great traction. Look sharp.

Waiting for the weatherman to quit lying. Thought we in Ohio had snow this Wed. apparently it's now flurries. Right now Sunday is showing 60% chance of snow. But, it might turn to nothing once again. Really looking forward to see how these perform in snow. Anything should be better than my Rugger fails I had.

I'm still not convinced that snow exists. But it is "blisteringly cold" here. Can you believe that it might get below 35 next week?!?

In other news, at just under 11 weeks later, I did finally receive my Falken tread lighrly rebate.

Just ordered a set. I discovered a nail in my Dynapros this morning. That pushed me over the edge, even though the Hankooks are wearing well, albeit fast.

I keep saying I wish it would snow so I can test these tires out, but I know when it starts it probably won't stop. In a month we will all be saying I wish it would stop haha.

the snow storm and flurries we got here, i wasn't the most impressed with them. Speaking with Discount Tire Direct about it on top of the accelerated wear I am getting (4/32 of an inch in 6,000 miles) I need to wait till I get down to 3/32 of an inch so they can warranty them out but I'm debating buying a different set because the truck doesn't feel confident in the snow

i've been debating just getting designated winter tires. either the Hankook iPekes or the Cooper M&S. then the question there is do i go full crazy and stud them.

other than that i'm looking at toyo's or nittos At2s and G2s. Really want the ridge grappler but E-Rated tire is way to much overkill

Like that Ridge Grappler too. Toyo's were on my short list also.
Friend of mine has studded rears and loves them. They will go up and over anything slippery.

My argument with myself is I commute 40 miles a day on back roads and some state cleared roads. Studded would make sense since I see all kinds of road conditions in the same day, god forbid I go over the mountain into Pittsfield MA on a snowy day. But then I toss in 1400 mile road trips every 6 weeks or so to Michigan and I ask myself do I want to deal with studs at 70mph... Granted I have gone through some hairy snow storms along I90
