The only other Tire I would consider in 265/70R17 is the Goodyear Wrangler Authority. Still the best all around AT I've used so far. If these Wildpeaks hold up, they might be a close second.

I've got 265 75 16s had them for almost a year and 7000 miles, no issues and they are fairly quiet. Only time I hear them is with window open. I haven't done any super off roading (truck still stock) but been to tahuya and had no issues climbing and driving obstacles. Will post pics when I get a chance

Just got my OME 2.5 inch lift installed the other day, I've had my eye on these tires for a while. Most of you folks seem to think these run kinda big for their size. I was wondering what size you guys think I would be able to get away with without doing any trimming? I'm rocking 17 inch wheels, my truck is looking kinda sad with its current tires after the lift, haha.

    I'm running 265 70 17 on a 2 inch lift. Nothing in the rear.

Looks like pretty nice on your truck, might have to go with that size as well.

Just ordered my at3w's in a 285/75/17. Really looking forward to getting them on. Running a 2.5" billy/ome lift. Already planning on doing cmc but what else you think will be needed to keep from rubbing

Inner fender flares, fender liners, either ditch the mud flap or butcher the hell out of them. Stuff trim repeat till it stops making noise.

So can someone tell me if a 285 75 16 is an "E"rated tire?

    Falken Wildpeak A/T3W LT285/75R16 E/10PR BSW

Is the E rating the only option is what I mean.
Also not sure what the 10pr bsw means. Just want to get the right tire. Thanks

Stacked spacer lift, 22x12 wheels with stretched 33's, tow mirrors, bull nuts.
That one is E rated, but I believe they make a P rated 285 as well.

I've taken my prated off-road several times so far with no complaints. If you search this thread for @0uTkAsT he has been beating on these in prated for about a year. No drama.
