Nice touch using the factory fuel bowl/sending unit, to work in the Jaz tank.

What did you guys do with the charcoal canister? Is it still attached? I think I see it in between the cab and the fuel cell.

Thanks mate. I've been pondering the idea of putting in an ATL fuel cell.

The large accordion hose that comes off of the factory tank, and clips onto the charcoal canister, could you get a closer picture of what you did with that on the canister.

I cut the quick fitting off the stock gas tank and just clamped some 5/8" fuel line to it with another reducer to take it to 1/2" (all the reducers are hidden behind the fuel cell) then ran it where the vent on the fuel cell was... than I ran a 1/2" fuel line from the gas cap filler to the evap canister and one more from the gas cap filler to the fuel cell where the return line would normally go... it took me a lil bit to figure out but seems to work fine... its basically the same configuration as stock.

We did the same thing with Chino's old Trophy Tacoma. He never had an issue. Super easy once you figure it out, and use all the stock stuff on the cell.

    Carport fab at it's finest!

Same here until a few weeks ago when he came in. He has been good! Working a lot out of state, Has a pretty bad ass Chevy 1500 Maxx with a Muzzula kit on it. He came to get a diff cover. They are all on a jeep/crawlin kick right now.

He misses that truck though. As do I! Lot's of fun times in that beast. ESB kit's FTW

Paden picked his truck up... hope your happy with it man.
I put some miles on it today and had no issues with the fuel pump or evap, check engine light never came on.. I finished up the wiring and brake lines and made a fire extinguisher mount before Paden picked it up.
