Ever since I got back from vacay, went straight to work and been at it ever since. I mean the the vin # that was pulled shows it’s a pro, color, package, details everything else shows same thing. What evidence would show that it’s not a pro? Will post photo when i get her all cleaned up And ready for sure.

I guess I don't understand the hesitation in posting a photo of the grill/truck? Like wouldn't you want us to see it so we can then side with you and shame the dealer/shipper/at-fault party?!

edit: I get being busy, but this is 2020 where everyone has a cell phone with a camera lol

Sorry to hear about the T. How about posting your VIN, and few images of your TRD PRO. If the dealership you purchased it from are to lazy to take care of you maybe you need to have a vehicle validation, these here TW guys and gals will definetly point out possible issues. Good luck.

OP I'm not sure what game you're playing or why you're making such a big deal out of a missing letter. Replace the grill and move-on. I'm saying this as someone who has personally traveled long-distance to look at and buy a used vehicle (in my case it required a trip by train and a road trip home in a 20 year old 4x4 with nearly 200K miles on it, it had a penchant for burning oil and no roof). It was all apart of the adventure and makes for a great story. I guess I was lucky when I decided to buy my Taco because the dealership two miles from my house had the truck I wanted at a good price so I bought it. Had the truck I wanted been three states away though I would have easily done a Fly N Drive to bring it home. Part of me is disappointed that I didn't have to do that.

Here is photo of front grill.

It's not a raptor so don't get it confused. Some people on here might.

Notice part of the skid plate for another indication that its a Pro.

    Thanks

def a pro (army green 2020) but looks like the previous owner replaced the OEM grill with an aftermarket grill with raptor lights... unless the dealership you bought from replaced it. The suggestion of going to your local dealership to get this resolved under warranty is a no go. Sorry OP.

That's army green, right? Is that available on non-Pro models?
