I have a 2010 Tacoma and recently I have notices chips on the front edge of the hood, bumper and a pillers. The rest of the truck looks fine but those areas are an eyesore. Has anyone had issues like this with Toyota paint.

    yep, they all do it.
mine is bad too. you could get clear bra for the front hood. or just get touch-up paint.

After every wash I have my touch up paint ready for the front end. I get chips there and sometimes the window pillars too. I even got a nice size chip on my chrome grill. Paint are softer now with every car.

It's just part of the territory when driving a nice new vehicle. Stone chips are inevitable. Get the touch-up pen ready!

My deflector itself chipped more paint than the rocks & bugs did. I took mine off.

The OEM toyota deflector. The Metal brackets rubbed through the protective clear plastic tape and into the hood.
