God no, this happened before my 5th payment on the 4R in 2017 by an uninsured motorist.

not sure if I was suppose to “like” this. Bitter is an understatement. You need a big gnarly tow hitch so you can take their bumper home as a Souvenir next time

I was able to drive away, he didn’t. He was in a 2013 GMC Yukon that was done. At least my insurance was able to get his license suspended but I still ended up eating the $500 deductible along with over $1,200 in rental fees (if you have USAA as insurance, consider alternatives...)

I had a 2014 accord and got smashed in the rear and totaled. AAA my insurance. I got $4500 over what I owed. the car paid off and a check in hand in 4 days. Then I get brand new Tacoma and first day to work bitch hits me from behind! Had 12 miles on it. It was just a love tap but still so I went and bought a nasty tow hitch for the next bitch

Exactly my sentiment. Both accidents I’ve been a part of have been rear end collisions by uninsured motorists. I have a deep hearted disdain for them.

He hit me so hard from the back this is how hard I was pushed into the car in front of me. We both sued him.

Tow hitch wasn’t going to do fuckall in this one. The frame was bent inwards and down from the impact and old boy managed to push his front end into my rear end and imprint 14” of paint onto my exhaust. Which is under and behind the bumper.

The impact forced my head into the headrest so bad I cracked the suppprts in the seat frame and it was replaced.

Still wasn’t totaled out and I was out rue diminished value and $1700 from rental and uninsured motorist coverage.

I need to claim PTSD from this shit...

wow. ya I learned “full coverage” doesn’t include rental car either. Now I have that added.

Not sure who your insurance is but read the fine print on it.

I have USAA and had 30 days coverage or $1200 which I apparently met the $1200 coverage in 10 days and wasn’t told until the rental company billed USAA on the 20th day.

Similar to mines. Paper plates though. Came out to like $10k in damages. “Funny” thing was, the guy who rear ended me was my uncle. Haha

Been on this planet for many years and I've never seen glue used as a primer coat.
Maybe it works? :notsure: I'm wondering if OP confused adhesive primer with spray adhesive.
