    Hey thanks for the advice everyone. I am taking it to a body shop this week to have it looked at and possibly fixed. Whatever the problem and solution may be I will post it up and let you guys know for closure and future reference. Once again, thanks.

    lilyota12 - Take it to a professional auto detailer in your area and ask them to give their opinion on it first. I'm not talking about a 1 hour wash and wax place, but usually a solo guy who does high end work and charges around $1000 for a full detail. Just see if you can get a guy like this to look at your paint and tell you if it can be fixed via wet sanding or compounds before you take it to a body shop. A body shop will always be able to fix any cosmetic damage because they'll strip it down and repaint it. Start light and then work your way up.
