Paint flaw on hood and top of front fenders

    We just purchased a 2017 Tacoma Offroad and it has the paint flaw on the hood and fenders. It looks like a bunch of water droplet marks but it is under the paint. The paint feels smooth to the touch. We took it back to the dealer 2 days ago but have not heard back from them yet. We showed them the TSB from Toyota [T-SB-0044-16] on this problem. We explained that it probably is from the rap guard. They said they will look into it but have not heard of this problem before. I hope they come back with some type of good solution.
