My passenger door seal is leaving a mark (grouving) to the painted door frame . Specially near the top of the truck. Is anyone had the same issue ? and have you readjusted the door for a tighter contact ?

I normally keep the doors seals clean, it's the first time a I got mark on a 5 years old truck. I will lube the seal and wax the car body. Any advise or recommendation ? thanks

Slight frame tweak? Causing the door to rub wrong, dcsb/dclb? do a lot of wheeling?

If it's leaving a mark now pretty sure making them tighter is not what you want to do.

and yes I do have marks on my frame from my doors. These truck body's flex like crazy and it's going to happen so I'd suggest adjusting it with the help of a friend to make it easier on you.

2010 ACLB TRD OR with only 50000 Km (31000 miles)

Light wheeling before I had my childs but mostly street use since 2 years. Nothing hardcore, I still have the oem suspension.

They sell a clear plastic adhesive backed sheet that can be cut and applier over the paint area to prevent wear through.
