I am looking to buy OEM paint to color match my chrome grill and touch up some other parts of the truck that need it.

my dad has a sprayer and professionally sprays but just looking to see if anyone has recommendations on where to get proper paint.

    I found this site https://www.automotivetouchup.com/auto_paint_basecoat.aspx

not sure if anyone has used products from these guys before.

I’ve used that website before and it’s who I always recommend when people are looking for OEM paint or paint codes. I always bought the aerosol cans though so i can’t speak to the quart/gallon containers.

Yea that is right. Seems expensive but why I am seeing if anyone else has used them or if there’s other options that maybe better.

I tried to paint match my grill with duplicolor, came out pretty meh. I would go with the paint you linked

    none…yet
If your pops sprays, you can go to any local automotive paint store with your color code and they will mix it right on the spot. Ive used Duplicolor aerosols and they arent too terrible, but nothing beats the finish out of a high quality HVLP. PPG and Dupont are both really good base/clear (dont go single stage...always a halfass finish).

Cool. Yea my dad has a HPLV and we’d use that. I’ll look around locally to see what prices are and compare to that site. Thanks for the input everyone.

I too take interest here as I’ve been wanting to get the left side of my bed repainted since it’s been chipping paint for a few years now. I’ve just been taking a rattle can to it which looks terrible but I figure is better than 2 ft of chipped paint.
