Painted door emblems needed

Hi! I’m the proud owner of a new 2022 army green double cab 4x4 TRD! The Tacoma emblems on the doors are chrome, and I’d like to swap them for army green painted ones. Prefer new emblems over a decal and can’t find anything anywhere! Anyone know where I can find some?

 

I used the hollow shells aka overlays on mine. Looks the same as a new black emblem. EBay or Amazon would have new emblems if you’re set on that.

If you do find something like that, it’ll probably be on Etsy, like Spike mentioned. eBay and Amazon usually offer black plastic overlays only.

If you find what you’re looking for, be prepared for a hit/miss situation with the color match. I went through 3 sets of dash letters before I found a decent match for quicksand.

I did the overlays from Toyota for a few years and removed the Tacoma emblems off the doors. I put the TRD Sport emblems that are similar to the TRD Pro emblems, it looked like way too much going on. I went a few weeks and just didn't like them so I removed all the emblems and added the new OEM black Tacoma, V6 and 4x4 emblems. I like the OEM emblems better than the OEM overlays as they make the emblems so much larger looking. It just has a cleaner look now, but for the OP just buy a set, scuff them up and paint them.

 

This is what I went with on my Super White 2022. After close to 18 months, they still look new.

 

Agree. Overlays make the emblems look chunky. The top emblem is the overlay.
