Super easy to take apart. All you need is a quarter. Your key works too. There is a small grove on the side.

Yeah thats what I used. The paint has been holding up good but there are few spots that have dented. I think I just didn't give it enough time to settle. Plus I have a lot of keys and junk. Still looks good though after about a week.
