Let's see them. I'm thinking about painting my rims instead of buying new ones. Stock rims are fine and I like my oem wheel style. :worthless:

    Before and after....
Notice I took off the center caps and painted the hubs to match as you will undoubtedly need to remove your center caps at some point and in doing so will gouge your freshly painted wheels. I have gone through this first hand. Painted center caps, only to gouge the wheel paint whilst removing them two weeks later. Just paint the hubs and no worries... note I also treated my fender flares and tires. I used a product called Renew and protect Blak, http://renewprotect.com/
stuff is amazing, used on tires and flares, you can see for yourself the quality of the product. From the before and after pics. The stuff will stain paint, garage floor, so be thorough in your prep work.... Also, last pic is with oem black lug nuts

I bought the spray paint at Walmart in the automotive department section. It's is rustoleum matte black. I also bought rustolium etching primer, it was right next to it. Be careful, they have all sorts of spray paint's which are not permanent, but are designed to peel, sort of like the new paint schemes that you see on cars which are removable. I did sand the wheels before I applyed the etching primer. I just used sandpaper as well as a thorough cleaning with a hose then rubbing alcohol prior to sanding.

For the fender flares I did not use paint, i used a polymer renewal, which brings back original color, and protects against future fading from UV, rain, snow... check out the website. The specific product i used is called Renew and Protect Blak, and it is applied in wiping motion.

of the prodcts advertised on the website, i used BLAK, that is what it is called, it's not advertised as matte. I also used it on my tires. check out the before and after, the difference is night and day.
